Send a document with a proposal
Attach a snapshot of relevant completed jobs to a quote or introductory email. The PDF shows your work; it does not generate estimates, contracts or invoices.
Sometimes a client needs a document they can save, forward or review away from your website. Build a visual portfolio by project, then use PDF export in the Portfolio Store app with a PRO or BUSINESS subscription.
See when PDF makes senseA live portfolio is useful when your projects keep changing. A PDF is a portable snapshot when someone needs to circulate your work as a document. Both start with the photographs and project structure you maintain.

This screenshot shows an existing Portfolio Store portfolio, not the PDF output. The exported PDF uses its own fixed document layout rather than copying the selected online theme.

Give a hiring manager, studio lead or client contact a file they can pass to colleagues without asking everyone to browse a new website.
Export after curating your strongest projects. Remember that a PDF is a snapshot: subsequent changes to the live portfolio do not update a file already sent.

Portfolio Store's PDF export is available to PRO and BUSINESS subscribers through the app's Share action. It produces a consistent document layout; changing your online portfolio theme does not change the PDF design. The Free plan does not include this export feature.
The Home project appears first when it contains images. Other projects follow from newest to oldest, and the images within each project also follow newest first. Empty non-Home projects may still appear, so review project names and your structure before exporting. An empty Home project is omitted.
That order makes curation important. Check which images you uploaded most recently and whether the document begins with the evidence a prospective client needs. If you want a different emphasis, organize the source portfolio before generating a fresh file. Do not assume the export automatically rewrites, summarizes or selects your best work.
Choose images you have permission to share, name your jobs clearly and remove irrelevant material. Review the newest-first image order.
